We will order the crash report for you for any new crashes that appear on your score, review it for DataQ eligibility, and submit those found eligible. We will also supply you with a copy of the PAR to help you stay compliant with the FMCSA.

At BRIGHTWATER SAFETY, we specialize in providing comprehensive Crash Report Reviews and DataQ submissions to help keep your crash score below the Federal Threshold. Our team of experienced professionals will order your crash reports and conduct a thorough review to ensure compliance with DOT reportable crash requirements, the accuracy of data recorded into SAFER/SMS, eligibility for the Crash Preventability Determination Program (CPDP), and more. We submit DataQs for all qualifying crashes and keep track of your score for removal.

We then proceed to submit DataQs for these eligible cases. Once these DataQs are approved, the corresponding citations will either be removed entirely or their impact on your score will be significantly reduced. BRIGHTWATER SAFETY offers a comprehensive HOS (Hours of Service) ELD Log Monitoring Service, where we actively review and monitor your drivers' ELD (Electronic Logging Device) logs for any HOS violations.
